Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription in the first 10 days and we will refund your full subscription amount. Please check our refund policy in this link to know more.
How secure is my data?
The only information we store when you sign up for subscription is your Name, Email address and date of payment. We do not store your credit/debit card number or other payment details on our site. You can read our privacy policy here.
Can I share your reports with others?
The reports you access via this subscription are for your individual use only and not meant to be shared with others. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription and forfeit any amount you may have already paid should we discover that you have widely shared our reports.
Do you offer bulk discount or organisation wide pricing?
Yes! If you would like multiple people in your organisation to have access to our reports, we are happy to offer bulk discounts. Or if you are an academic institution, we are happy to work out special pricing for you. Contact us for details!
How many reports do you publish in a year?
For our regular monthly reports, we will publish at least 10 editions in a year. In case of quarterly reports, we publish at least 3 editions in a year. If we publish less than this number, we will provide you with additional editions beyond your subscription term to cover the shortfall.
What editions of Data Book are included in the subscription?
The latest published digital copy of the Data Book published by us is included in the subscription. We normally update the Data Book every alternate year. But there is no committment on our part to stick to this schedule.
What if we discontinue a report?
We may have to discontinue a report if the underlying data set becomes substantially unavailable or becomes available with a big lag. Our endeavour is to increase the number of reports we publish. So it is unlikely that the total number of reports published by us will decline over your subscription period.
Can you build custom reports for us?
Yes! We would be happy to build custom reports specifically for you. We already do this for a few clients. Please write to us and we will get back to you in a jiffy!
